Meet Andrew and Michelle Baxter, a couple who traded their corporate careers for the excitement of entrepreneurship. Their journey began in 2018 when they relocated from Hampton Roads, VA, the birthplace of Skrimp Shack, to Dumfries, VA, where they launched their first restaurant. Grateful for the founders' trust and the opportunity, they swiftly transformed their vision into reality, establishing one of the top-performing restaurants in the brand and eventually expanding to a second location in Manassas, VA. After dedicating five years to restaurant ownership, they made the difficult decision to sell their Dumfries establishment. Now, they enjoy the freedom of full-time travel with their two young boys while managing the Skrimp Shack in Manassas, VA.
